This is the original recipe that started it all for Uncle Marv!  We use real hickory wood in our smokers, resulting in that irresistible smoky taste popular at BBQs throughout the Southeast.  Even better, we use authentic brown sugar to produce a deep molasses-like flavor that is just perfect for our beef bacon!

Each vacuum-sealed package contains 8 ounces of our premium beef bacon with a slice count comparable to a 12-14 oz. pork bacon package.
