Take a walk on the mild side with Uncle Marv’s Applewood smoked beef bacon! For this variety, we use organic applewood in our smokers to imbue a semi-sweet and fruity flavor that is less intense than our Hickory smoked varieties. Applewood may be mild, but your tastebuds will nonetheless be wowed to the smoky extreme with the full-on meaty flavor of our handcrafted, 100% all-beef bacon.

Each vacuum-sealed package contains 8 ounces of our premium beef bacon with a slice count comparable to a 12-14 oz. pork bacon package.
